We are less than 30 miles from London, my two walking companions and I

Spending several hours wandering up and down hills, squinting at the booklet, dodging runners and dirt bikers before blowing off the directions and finding our own way out of the trail maze.
I am always stunned to find such open space so near a major city.
but I guess, if you are royalty, you are entitled to keep your grounds? Who knows – perhaps one day again you may well need to hunt for your food…….
