It seems like the girls just joined me yesterday and already they need to pack up their stuff in preparation for debarkation in the morning.
I managed to cram all my stuff back into the carryon and small duffle which is not an unimpressive task considering that Miriam brought some audio books (on CD/MP3) that I had ordered on really cheap from Graphic Audio and the cases turned out to be a lot bigger than I had planned.
On the positive side – I am sending her home with two scarves and ~3 hats and Leigha is also in the possession of a couple of new hats. Considering the weather in NYC, having warm headgear is not a bad idea at all. Not sure I have pictures of them all but she has promised (!) that photos will be forth coming.
Not surprisingly, Royal will provide a free shuttle over to the Liberty in the morning. I will be giving up the glorious balcony and space for an inside on Deck 6. But hey, I am a fan of “any day on a ship beats a day any where else!”
