Lights on the coast

It is the last day of the cruise and we are heading from Stavanger back to Southampton. It is not hard to identify that we are still in the North Sea as there are the occasional oil rig sprouting like weird mushrooms scattered along our route.

It was obvious shortly after dark which occurred quite bit earlier than the first few landfalls that we were off the coast of some place civilised if you count clusters of lights as representative. Nowhere near international waters and freighters all around us as a matter of fact.

I am packed with bags set out. Departing the ship early, a group of us have booked transport to Heathrow. I even managed to check in on line having saved my free internet minutes till the end. I will be home tomorrow. Imagine that!
