The United Club in the International Terminal of SFO is sad when compared to any of its partnership airlines. They offer coffee, tea, sodas, cheese&crackers, cookies and carrots. Consider me not impressed, but then it should be obvious that cost cutting does have occasional and obvious effects on customer services.
I am headed home on a Lufthansa flight this afternoon to arrive midday tomorrow. I am traveling once again with just my backpack and suitcase. Anything extra stayed in the US and nothing I picked up was heavy or large enough to make a difference. Plus, the dear husband tarted me to business class so I might even be able to get a bit of sleep on this flight.
So, have iPad fully charged, books to read and knitting. What could be better? Why a 14 day cruise home….
