Two of my three are relatively local to me. Well, one is really local, living across the hall. The other lives just down the road in Richmond. Last week we got together for dinner. No fool, I buy the groceries and let them cook.
Dani picked the menu this week with an Asian flavor – there was spicy Thai beef salad –
on a bed of romaine
a lovely mushroom soup with Udon noodles
sprouts and a bit of tofu for protein
and quick grilled peppers because I thought they looked pretty in the bag and brought them along –
which turned out to be mild and nice
we made it an early evening. The As had already managed to loose to the Marlins..
