you have to realize that we had the day well planned out.
First we would head up to the nearby high rise, take the cable car first up the mountain, then out to whatever island and see the sights. Finally, the Singapore Flyer (think London Eye) was on our list
ALl of this, of course, is before it started to pour down rain in the middle of the morning.
The good part is that we got through the first portion of the trip and I found some decent headphones to replace the rapidly failing-only one ear works – ear buds that I had.
The rest of it is obvious. We used our subway ticket to travel around. We got wet a few times then managed to get back to the ship right about when everything was turning into out door sauna….
