More Rock & Roll
This was exactly where we hit mildly rough seas after the Panama Canal on the previous cruise. True to form, it was once again a day of rock and roll. Swells hit a maximum of 4 meters, but usually were around 3 meters. Not much in the way of things, but more than enough to see people wearing patches and complaining. Loudly complaining as if the weather and seas were under the personal control of the ship’s captain and especially sought out just to make them miserable.
Otherwise it was a great day for listening to audio books and doing cross stitch. I am continuing on my winning streak of avoiding the main theater for anything. It continued hot and humid and I stayed out of the sun.

Yes, there is cross stitch involved
and, unfortunately I can still complain about meds
