home -> airport. Turns out KLM uses Terminal 4 which I would not have known had our cab driver not insisted on dropping us off in the correct place. Terminal is under construction – enough said right there….
Heathrow -> Schipol. Schipol -> Montréal. Coach bus to nearby hotel. Hike down the street.
