This particular pattern, from Cottage Garden Samplings, is stitched on 16ct something or other by BeStitchMe.It is the July release in the Year in the Woods series. June, which I haven’t stitched yet, is a Bear, and it looks that August’s release is a barn owl. As I am stitching these in sets of three – I just couldn’t see Bear, Bird, Bird. It didn’t feel. So, as I mentioned last month when I started this section – I am going with Bird, Bear, Bird.

Rather than start the bear immediately, I am going to finish a couple of other projects first…
