Since I try to pre-position posts for the travel days – I thought you might enjoy – the trip that didn’t happen. It didn’t happen because Celebrity very sensibly decided to pull the Millennium out of service for several cruises in order to fix an electrical issue with the propulsion system.

This itinerary is more complicated than usual. If you count our flights to get there – it involves planes, trains, ships, buses and ferrys. (oh yes, and gondolas, tenders and who knows what else. Oh, yes. Feet!)
